Dr. Timothy N. Scott , President
Dr. Scott is a Registered Environmental Manager, Registered Environmental Property Assessor, Certified Wetland Delineator, Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediation Contractor with over 25 years experience in the environmental and safety fields. He has worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Lockheed/Martin Aerospace, Tracor Marine, Tyco International and private industry as a Chemist, Engineer and Corporate Director for Safety and Environmental Engineering. During his employment, he has received numerous awards from the FDEP and EPA for his engineering designs and waste minimization programs. Dr. Scott’s primary expertise is in marine surveys, environmental site assessments, property mitigation areas, safety, compliance, industrial hygiene studies, hazardous waste management and wastewater treatment. Dr. Scott holds Bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry, and a Masters and Doctorate degree in Environmental Engineering.
Dr. Dan Mestayer, Sr. Scientist
Dr. Mestayer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology and a Doctorate degree in Environmental Engineering. He has over 30 years of professional experience in all facets of manufacturing; including research and development, environmental compliance, site assessments and mold remediation. Dr. Mestayer is a Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediation Contractor and recently earned a Doctorate degree in Environmental Engineering.
Mark S. Hawley, Director of Engineering and Business Development
Mr. Hawley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering and has over 25 years as a Sr. Level Executive. He received numerous awards and several patents in medical imaging systems. He was a lead team member in developing the PET/CT imaging system and was awarded by Time Magazine as one of the 10 “Inventions of the Millennium” in 2000. He has held various professional positions to include; V.P. – Project Development for C. Henderson Consulting, Manager- Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Regional Director – Siemens Medical Systems and Nuclear Engineer – US Navy. Currently, Mr. Hawley is the Director of Engineering heading up both engineering and long range construction projects.
Howard Murray, Director of Construction
Mr. Murray earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his Masters in Business Administration from Duke University. He is the former President of Nextlink and a military veteran. Over his career he has managed or owned numerous start-up companies. He joining CEE to enhance and develop the large scale construction and remediation projects. His expertise in primarily in communications, construction management and new business development.
